Edwina and I have been members of NORCAL Golden Retriever Club since 1977, honored as NorCal Lifetime Members (2002). I’ve served as NORCAL’s Field VP, and am currently a serving board member.
I handle our dogs in field events and Edwina handles them primarily in Agility, Rally and Obedience. Edwina is also a life member of Golden Retriever Club of America (2003.)
I am a fully pointed Retriever Field Trial judge. I have judged multiple Golden WC/WCX tests over the years. Most recently NorCal GRC Specialty WC/WCX in April 2022 and the GRCA National Specialty WCX in 2019. I will be judging the Golden Retriever Club of America National in 2023. After being encouraged to become a Hunt Test judge by my friends and club members, I have begun the process.
