Strickland Land Water

Strickland Land Water

This test is a land triple/water combo with a double blind and honor. Bird number one, dead bird is the left mark and is thrown right to left down the point at 48 yards.  Bird two, a flyer is the right mark and shot right to left at around 65 yards.

Bird number 3 dead bird and middle mark, thrown at 48 yards going right to left near the end of the point.  Primary blind is planted to the left side of the series at 73 yards, The other blind in planted on the back side of the first bird at 48 yards.

The test finishes with an honor. Ducks were used for all marks and blinds. The primary designation means that this blind is always run. If this test is a flight’s first land series, both blinds are picked up. If this test is the second land test for a flight, only the primary blind is picked up. Also, if the test is the second land test for a flight there is no honor of the next dog. The test ran around 8.75 minutes during our set up week.
