Dues Reminder for MNRC Clubs

Just a Reminder: 2026/2027 Club dues must be paid by August 1. A second and final notice has been emailed only to Clubs who have NOT paid their dues. Please Note: Only those clubs paid up and in good standing for the 2026/2027 membership year will receive Ballots for the Annual Meeting. Ballots are scheduled to be sent out August 2, which is the timeline according to our current by laws.

This year the Master National Retriever Club will again use an electronic process for Membership Dues Renewal.  We are transitioning to a service that permits credit cards, echecks (ACH), and other types of electronic methods of payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link).  We are confident this new process will help mitigate some of the discrepancies that surfaced recently.  The dues notices were sent to each member club in good standing on June 30, 2026.  The notices included the process and a link the club is to use to renew membership.  

As a result of this transition, we will no longer accept mailed in checks for membership dues renewals.  If you have any questions of concerns regarding this process, please reach out to your Regional VP or Director.  Thank you for your patience and understanding.  We feel confident this is a process that we all will benefit from today and in the future.
