Will’s Pond Water
This test is a water triple with a diversion shot. Bird #1 comes directly in front of the handler, thrown left to right and lands across the water in moderate grass at 115 yds. Bird #2 comes the handler’s right side, thrown right to left and lands below the raised road on the back side of the water at 55 yds. Bird number #3 is again thrown in front of the handler. This bird is thrown right to left and crisscrosses the arc of bird #1. Bird #3 lands 125 yds away. When the dog makes its first retrieve there is a diversion shot from gun station #3.
Twin Ponds Water
This test is a water triple with a diversion shot. Bird #1 comes from the handler’s right side and lands on a small island just to the right side of the small pond. Bird #2 is across the pond thrown left to right. Bird #3 is thrown on the left side of the pond and lands 23 yards away from the line. When the dog is half way back from its first retrieve a diversion shot is fired from station #3.
