Strader Back Land Water Series 2 Flight D
This test is a Land/Water Triple, with a Walkup and single Blind. Bird #1 is directly in front of the handler
and lands 42 yds away. Bird #2 is thrown from the left side and lands across the water at 55 yds. Bird #3
is a flyer that lands approximately 103 yds away. After picking up the marks the Handler picks up a single
land blind at 102 yds on the left side of the flyer station. The setup dogs averaged 5.1 minutes when
running this test.
Kahn Butterfly Land/Water Series 2 Flight E
This test is a Land/Water Triple with a Walkup, Flyer and Single blind. Bird #1 is Walkup Flyer directly across the water. The flyer station is at 45 yds and the flyer lands approximately 75 yds away. Bird #2 is from the left side and lands 45 yds away. Bird #3 is in front of the handler landing 44 yds away at the waters edge. After picking up the marks, the Handler picks up a single blind that is 66 yds away at the edge of t he water. This test averaged 5 minutes in setup.
Kahn Barn Land Water Series 2 Flight F
This test is a Walkup, Land/Water triple with a Flyer and a single water Blind. As the handler walks toward the line Bird #1 comes from a gun station at 45 yds and lands in the corner of the righthand pond at 42 yds. Bird #2 comes from a narrow piece of land that separates the two ponds. It is thrown onto an island in the righthand pond at 87 yds. Bird #3 is a flyer and lands in the field to the Handler’s left side at about 110 yds. After picking up the marks, the handler then picks up a single water blind that cuts the corner of the lefthand pond at 87 yds. The placement of the blind leaves no doubt what the judges desire to see in completing this blind. This test averaged 6 minutes per dog during setup.
