Strader Back Land Series 1 Flight D and Strader Back Land Series 4 Flight E

This test is a Land Triple with Flyer, Double Blind and Honor. Bird #1 is on the left side and lands 84 yds from the line. Bird #2 is the Flyer in front of the line and angled back to the right landing about 90 yds. Bird #3 is on the right side and angled to the left creating a pinch with the flyer. After picking up the marks the handlers are instructed to pick up the right blind first at 76 yds under the arc of Bird #3. The left blind is at 105 yds. The test concludes with an honor of the next working dog. In setup the test averaged 4.8 minutes.  

 

Kahn Butterfly Land Series 1 Flight E and Series 4 Flight B

This is a Land Triple with a Flyer, Double Blind and Honor. Bird #1 is a dead duck from the right side at 56 yds. Bird #2 is a Flyer in front of the handler landing 96 yds away.  Bird #3 is the dead bird with an inward throw and lands about 114 yds. After picking up the marks the handlers are given their choice for the order of picking up the blinds. The RH blind is under the arc of Bird #1 at 82 yds. The LH blind is behind the #2 Flyer station and is 80 Yds away. The test concludes with an honor for the next working dog. The average time during setup was 6 minutes per dog.

Kahn Barn Land Series 1 Flight F and Series 4 Flight C

This is a Land Triple, with a Flyer, a Double Blind, with Honor. Bird #1 comes from the right side and lands 49 yds from the line. Bird #2 is in front of the handler, is sharply angled back and lands approximately 87 yd. Bird #3 is the flyer on the left side and lands 97 yds away. After picking up the three marks, the handlers are given their choice in the order of picking up the blinds. The long lefthand blind showed 130 yds on the setup crew’s rangefinder. The right hand blind actually is across a small piece of water that was not in the test picture until running the blind. The test concludes with an honor of the next working dog. This test averaged 5 minutes during setup.
