Notice of deadlines for nomination of board members and new business items for the annual meeting in Roseburg, Oregon held on Thursday, October 1, 2026.
- V.P. Region 1 – Laurice Williams, current V.P., will be moving to the position of President after the 2026 event. This leaves the position open for election. All regions vote on this position.
- Region 2 Director- Alan Bruhin, current Director. Only Region 2 clubs vote on this position.
- Region 4 Director– Ed Ryska, current Director is not seeking re-election. Only Region 4 clubs vote on this position.
The deadline for clubs submitting a nomination for any/all positions is June 19, 2026. All nominees must reside in the region of position sought.
- Nominations must include the following:
- Member club submitting nomination with member club officer signature.
- Summary of nominee qualifications.
- Officer signature from at least one member club
in each region.
Proposed By-laws changes and/or new business items for Annual Meeting agenda:
- Deadline for submitting By-laws changes and/or new business is July 24, 2026.
- By-laws changes are submitted using the change form with required signatures; available on MNRC webpage.
- New business items must be submitted with supporting documentation and required club signatures.
- All documents must be submitted to MNRC Secretary (email only) at MNRC.Secretary.26@gmail.com.
