Attention Master National Clubs. All Master National Clubs have been sent a notice of deadlines for nomination of Board Members and new business items for the Master National Annual Meeting. The meeting will be held in South Carolina, Friday October 18th.
Board member positions open for election:
1. V.P. Region 2 – Allen Dillard, current V.P., will be moving to the position of President after the 2019 event. This leaves the position open for election. All regions vote on this position
a. Deadline for clubs submitting a nomination for this position is July 20, 2019.
b. Nominations must include the following:
i. Member club submitting nomination with member club officer signature.
ii. Summary of nominee qualifications
c. Officer signature from at least one-member club in each region
2. MN Secretary – currently held by Elaine Goodner
a. Deadline for clubs submitting a nomination for this position is July 20, 2019.
b. Nominations must include the following:
i. Member club submitting nomination with member club officer signature.
ii. Summary of nominee qualifications
c. Officer signature from at least one-member club in each region
3. Region 1 Director – currently held by Keith Maready. Only Region 1 clubs vote on this position.
a. Deadline for clubs submitting a nomination for this position is July 20, 2019.
b. Nominations must include the following:
i. Member club submitting nomination with member club officer signature
ii. Summary of nominee qualifications
c. Officer signature from at least one other member club within the region
4. Region 3 Director – currently held by Chuck Strange. Only Region 3 clubs vote on this position.
a. Deadline for clubs submitting a nomination for this position is July 20, 2019.
b. Nominations must include the following:
i. Member club submitting nomination with member club officer signature
ii. Summary of nominee qualifications
c. Officer signature from at least one other member club within the region Proposed By-laws changes and/or new business items for Annual Meeting agenda:
1. Deadline for submitting By-laws changes and/or new business is August 24, 2019.
2. By-laws changes are submitted using the change form with required signatures.
3. New business items must be submitted with supporting documentation and required club signatures.
4. All documents must be submitted to MNRC Sec. (email or U.S. mail)
