Voting for the proposal from the Sooner Retriever Club and the Tulsa Retriever Club is complete. 68 clubs (57%) voted Yes to the proposal and 51 clubs (43%) voted No.
Yes votes failed to reach a Two-Thirds Plus 1 Majority therefore the amendment failed. 119 clubs participated in the voting, and 45 clubs failed to submit a ballot.
