Please Note: This is a notice to the general membership. All of the documents mentioned here have already been emailed to all Master National Clubs.
The Master National Retriever Club’s Annual meeting will take place on Friday, October 16 at 2:30 p,m. at Coker College Gymnasium in Hartsville, South Carolina. Everyone is invited to attend.
All Delegates and Proxies must sign in with the MNRC Secretary prior to the meeting to be eligible to vote. Sign-in will be from 12 p.m. until 1 p.m. in the gymnasium prior to the
Mandatory Handlers Meeting.
Proxy forms can be found on the MNRC website: About Us (tab)/MNRC Docs. Proxy forms should be mailed to me, Elaine Goodner, 2817 Duell Ave., Medford, OR
97501 or hand delivered to me at the sign-in.
Mailed forms must arrive in Medford by October 1, 2015. Proxies do not need to be a member of the club they are representing but can represent no more than 2 clubs. If your club cannot locate a proxy, contact me and I will assist your club in finding someone to
represent you.
A Sample Ballot is attached with the items to be voted on; Board of Directors
positions and 2016 judges. Do not return this ballot to me, these items will be
voted on at the meeting. A proposal to change judge selection will also be put
before the membership at the annual meeting. The information on this proposal
was sent in another email.
