Moonlight Hill
This is a Land Triple with a pheasant flyer, double blind and an honor. Bird #1 is on the handler’s far left side, thrown from behind a hay bale and land 110 yards from the line. Bird #2 is a pheasant flyer and is on the handlers far right and lands 116 yds away. The swing between Bird #1 and Flyer #2 is close to 180 degrees. Bird #3 is a dead pheasant in the middle and lands approximately 108 yards away. After picking up the 3 marks the handler is given the choice in the order to tun the blinds. The Right blind is 124 yds away. The left blind is 110 yards away and under the arc of bird #1. The test concludes with an honor for the next dog. The setup dogs averaged 7.9 minutes during setup week.
