Attention: Master National Retriever Clubs
MNRC Secretary Elaine Goodner has emailed Ballots to all member clubs. Some clubs will receive two ballots because there are two names in the data base, but each club has only ONE vote.
Ballots may be returned to Elaine via email, U.S. Postal Service (see address below) or hand delivered before the annual meeting in Roseburg, Oregon on Friday, October 19, 2018.
If U.S. Postal is opted, the ballot must reach Elaine at her Texas address by October 1st. Dues must be current for the club vote to count. We hope to see 100% return of ballots. Do not hesitate to contact Elaine with questions or concerns.
