Explanation for the increase in MNRHT entry fees for 2013.
As we’re sure you’ve noticed, the Master National Retriever Club (MNRC) and the annual Master National Retriever Hunting Test (MNRHT) have exploded in growth and operations over the last few years.
In 2012, the number of entries more than doubled and the 2013 event is expected to be at least that large if not larger. This unprecedented growth produces significantly increased costs of operations as well.
Over the years, the MNRC board has been dedicated to managing the entry fees based on the cost of operations and reduced the fee whenever possible.
In an attempt to help offset costs of operations this year, the board has approved an increase in entry fees for the 2013 event from $325 to $350.
