Attention: Master National Retriever Clubs
MNRC Secretary Elaine Goodner has emailed Annual Meeting Ballots to all member clubs. Some clubs will receive two ballots because there are two names in the data base, but each club has only ONE vote.
Ballots may be returned to Elaine U.S. Postal Service (see address below)and MUST BE RECEIVED by October 9th.
Email ballots must be received by October 17th.
And hand delivered ballots must be presented by 1 p.m. on October 18th before the MNRC Annual Meeting in Cheraw, S.C.
If U.S. Postal is opted, the ballot must reach Elaine at her Texas address by October 9th Dues must be current for the club vote to count. We hope to see 100% return of ballots. Do not hesitate to contact Elaine with questions or concerns.
