In the next few days contacts and delegates will be receiving documents pertaining to the MNRC Annual Meeting scheduled for Friday, October 18th in Cheraw, South Carolina.
- Ballots for election of board members and selection of 2020 MN judges. All member clubs elect the Vice President and Secretary. Only regional clubs elect Directors.
- Each club may submit one ballot via email (elainegoodner1251@gmail.com), U.S. mail until October 8th (2119 Tallow Dr., Portland, TX 78374) or hand delivered in Cheraw prior to the Annual meeting.
