Congratulations to everyone who participated, judged, volunteered and served on the Board of Directors at the 2019 Master National. This year, 409 outstanding retrievers qualified at the event of almost 1,000 canines. The retrievers participated in running six challenging series over 7 days and divided into seven flights!

Among those who qualified this year was Junior Handler, Haleigh McKeithan of Wilmington NC. Congratulations Haleigh, you did a great job!
Also seen at the Closing Ceremony was a marriage proposal in Flight D. Congratulations to James Fender who proposed to girlfriend Kelly Young (she said yes by the way).
We hope everyone had a great experience at the largest event in AKC History! See you in 2020 in the St. Cloud, Minnesota! The dates are Sept. 24-Oct4.
