Attention Handlers
This year, Host Club Umpqua Valley Retriever Club has ordered enough Information and Training Guide booklets for each handlers bag to have one; just as they did in 2018.
Due to the large number of dogs entered for the 2022 MN event, there will be a limited number of Information and Training Guides available at the Property Draws only. We apologize that there will be no training guides available at the host hotel. Furthermore, we ask that only one catalog per designated training group be used so we can accommodate as many training groups as possible. An on-line PDF version of the booklet will be available to print or download.
As a reminder, Property Draws will be conducted at the end of the South Parking Lot of Douglas County Fairgrounds, beyond the RV park area. In light of the limited supply of the Information and Training Guide booklets, we encourage all who intend to participate in the property draws to arrive by 5:30 to allow enough time to preview the available properties. Property descriptions and nuances will be discussed at that time as well. The actual property draws will begin at 6:00 PM on each of the designated 3 days; Friday Sept 23, Sunday Sept 25, and Tuesday Sept 27.
Please be aware there is another event (car show) at the Douglas County Fairgrounds during this same time period. Please watch for pedestrians and an increased traffic flow as you make your way to the south parking lot area for the property draw.
